Terms and Conditions of Caldicot Leisure Centre prize draw
- To enter the prize draw all entries must be received via the online form at https://monlifeleisuredevelopment.co.uk/contact/
- One winner will be drawn at random on Monday 3rd August 2020
- Prizes are not transferable and hold no cash value.
- The operator’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Late or incomplete entries, or entries sent direct to the centre, will not be accepted
- No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
- The 2 prizes are a MonActive Annual Membership worth £335 and a Fitbit Charge 4
- The winner will be contacted by email provided
- The winners will be announced on Facebook.
- The prize must be claimed within 14 days and is non-transferable.
- Staff, existing direct debit and existing annual members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
